Sales order number: A PDF copy of your sales order will be e-mailed to you 24-48 hours, on average, after you have placed your order. Your sales order number ("S.O. No.") is located in the top right hand corner of the PDF document.

What happens if I don't get my sales order number? There are a number of things you can do. First please check your SPAM/Bulk mail folder for our message. Second double check that your e-mail address on file has been entered in correctly. Lastly please e-mail us at orderstatus or call us at (610) 962-0880 so that we can look up this number for you.

Postal code/phone number: Please enter your postal code exactly as you have it listed in your billing address on file. This field is not case sensitive but you must enter any spaces or dashes that you included when you entered your billing address. You can look-up the billing address information that we have on file for you through the "My Account" page when you login to the main site (www.mkiiwatches.com) If your locale or country does not use postal codes or we do not have a postal code on file for you the last four digits of the phone number you have on file will be used instead.

Primary purpose of the customer service portal: We will use this portal to update you on your payment status, general order status, and to inform you when additional information is required to process your order.

Why has this been developed? This has been developed in order to make customer communication faster and more reliable. While e-mail will still be the primary method of communication over time this method has become less reliable than in the past as ISPs develop more stringent filters to combat SPAM. Unfortunately this has resulted in an increasing amount of our legitimate correspondence not reaching our customers or being re-routed into SPAM folders in their accounts.

E-mail: If your ISP or e-mail provider has a "safe list" of e-mail accounts that you want to receive mail from please add info and orderstatus to that list so that we may provide you with the best possible service. Alternatively please check your SPAM/Bulk mail folder when you expect to receive correspondence from us or have an open order with Mk II.
