- 1. What is this site for? This site has been developed in order to provide customers with information about Mk II products, services and the current workload/communication status at Mk II.
- 2. Where do I order Mk II products? Please see out main site for a full catalogue of products and for ordering
- 3. Can I post questions here? You can post questions in response to topics that I have published on this site but you will not be able to publish your own topics for disussion.
- 4. What is the best way to contact Mk II/Bill Yao? Currently the best way is via e-mail. While I enjoy talking to customers when I have time, frequently my schedule doesn’t allow me to spend time taking calls. As we add staff in the near future I hope to make myself more available to customers that call in with questions.
